Troubleshooting checklist

Container fails to start​

docker compose config --quiet
docker compose ps
docker compose logs --tail=100

Port already allocated​

ss -ltnp | grep ':8088'
docker ps --format 'table {{.Names}}\t{{.Ports}}'

Change the host-side port or stop the conflicting application after confirming ownership.

Website returns 502​

Check whether Caddy can reach the container's address and port. Check docker compose ps on CT 110, then review reverse-proxy logs.

npm run build

The Docusaurus build should fail on broken internal links, allowing you to fix them before deployment.

Unhealthy disk or ZFS pool​

zpool status -v

Investigate physical disk, cabling, USB bridge and backup state before attempting any destructive repair.
